About Merge PDF
Merge PDF combines two or more PDF files into a single document — entirely in your browser. Drop your files, drag the tiles to reorder them, and download the merged PDF. Pages, annotations and bookmarks are preserved. There's no upload, no watermark, and no file-size limit beyond your device's memory.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Every tool on SnapToolz runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your file is read locally, processed in memory, and the result is offered as a download. Nothing is sent to a server — there isn't one to send to.
Is there a limit on the number or size of PDFs I can merge?
No artificial limit. The practical ceiling is your device's available memory. On a typical laptop you can merge 50+ files totalling several hundred megabytes without issue.
Will my bookmarks, links and annotations be preserved?
Yes — pages are copied verbatim, including annotations and internal links. Document-level metadata (title/author) is taken from the first PDF; you can edit it afterwards with Edit PDF Metadata.
Can I merge in a custom page order?
Yes. After dropping files, drag any tile to reorder. If you need fine-grained page-level reordering across files, use Organize PDF instead.
Does it work offline?
Yes. SnapToolz is a Progressive Web App. After your first visit, the app is cached on your device and every tool keeps working without an internet connection.
Is SnapToolz free?
Yes — every tool is 100% free with no sign-up, no watermark, no hidden tier. The whole platform is open source and we have no plan to gate features.
