Read /accessibilitySnapToolz needs a modern browser with WebAssembly. Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Safari from the past 3 years all work. IE 11 and very old Android browsers don't.

Refresh the page once. If it still hangs, try a smaller file — some tools (PDF compress, OCR) can take 30+ seconds on large inputs. If a 1 MB PDF still hangs, please report it.
Confirm the input file opens correctly in another viewer first. If it does and the SnapToolz output doesn't, that's a real bug — please email the file size, format, and which tool you used.
Some browsers block file drops in private/incognito mode. Try a regular window. On mobile, use the file picker button instead — drag-drop on phones is unreliable.
Pick the right language (English by default — switch in the language dropdown). Make sure the source image isn't blurry or rotated. OCR works best on print, struggles with handwriting.
Try the PDF Repair tool first — partially-corrupt PDFs sometimes recover after a repair pass. If it still fails, the source file is structurally broken and we can't fix that on the client.
Click 'Install' once or 'Dismiss' — we won't ask again for 14 days. To remove an installed PWA, see your browser's installed-apps settings.
SnapToolz runs in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. These versions are tested; older versions may work but aren't guaranteed.
